Job Description

Principal Product Manager launching Experian’s GenAI Appeals solution for healthcare Provider Revenue Cycle Management. Driving strategy, go-to-market, customer engagement, and end-to-end product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product strategy and incubate the initial product line for a GenAI Appeals solution in Provider Revenue Cycle Management
  • Act as the Single Threaded Owner for development and launch of a new product line within 12 months
  • Define and own Proof of Concept product strategy and launch to Beta customers
  • Lead the go-to-market motion for New Product Introduction
  • Create understanding among Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Implementation
  • Engage customers hands-on, including regular onsite travel, to support product development, sales activities, and implementation
  • Evangelize the product through tradeshows, webinars, and experiences
  • Shape product direction by influencing senior business and technology leaders
  • Partner with Engineering to develop scalable, repeatable, and value-creating products
  • Oversee products end-to-end from discovery through scale and optimization
  • Guide prioritization decisions balancing customer value, growth, and technical risk
  • Lead competitive analysis to inform differentiation and positioning
  • Define success metrics and use data to guide strategic decisions
  • Align product capabilities to revenue opportunities and customer outcomes
  • Produce product, strategy, and customer-facing documentation

Requirements:

  • 1+ years working in 0-1 new product development in a healthcare technology company
  • 3+ years working in product management in the healthcare technology industry
  • 5+ years’ experience working in Provider Revenue Cycle Management for a health system, outsourced RCM service, or RCM technology company
  • Expertise in healthcare technology, including Revenue Cycle Management
  • Familiarity with leading EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech
  • Experience with HL7v2 version 2.7, FHIR R4, and ANSI x12 v5010
  • Experience influencing senior partners and aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams toward shared outcomes
  • Technical and architectural understanding
  • Ability to produce high-quality product, strategy, and customer-facing documentation
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
