Job Description
Principal Software Engineer designing and building AI-driven healthcare products for a startup. Collaborating with a technical team to architect and optimize core systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and scale AI-powered healthcare platforms and distributed systems
- Build and optimize agent-based architectures and orchestration systems
- Develop secure healthcare data infrastructure and enterprise integrations
- Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and clinical accuracy
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience building complex production-grade software systems
- Strong backend engineering expertise, ideally with Python
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems
- Strong software architecture and systems design skills
- Comfortable working independently with high ownership and accountability
