Job Description
Principal Solutions & Growth Strategist focusing on healthcare technology for payer markets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and solution strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a principal advisor on solution strategy
- Provide architectural input into company product platforms
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape solution requirements
- Influence outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years in growth strategy, product strategy, or related roles
- 5+ years working with Health Plans or Managed Care Organizations
- Expertise in health plan regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in VOC programs
