Job Description
Principal UX Designer shaping how analysts interact with social media data for Pendulum. Collaborating with product teams to design intuitive dashboards and insights for complex datasets.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design for Pendulum's web app and other customer experiences
- Lead research initiatives: user interviews, usability testing, and synthesis of behavioral analytics data
- Design complex data visualization patterns
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers in agile sprints
- Define interaction models for advanced features
- Run design reviews, critiques, and share research findings company-wide
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product/UX design
- portfolio demonstrating SaaS or data-heavy products
- ability to build interactive prototypes
- experience maintaining design systems
- comfortable facilitating user interviews and usability tests
- fluency working cross-functionally with engineers and PMs
