Job Description

Principal Workday PATTS Consultant supporting ERPA, an IT services firm modernizing enterprise applications including Workday, PeopleSoft, and AWS. Providing post-go-live consulting, configuration guidance, testing support, and Workday best-practice recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
  • Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and prototype
  • Assist clients with testing and move-to-production efforts
  • Partner with Engagement Managers and keep them informed of project status and changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure communication and project alignment
  • Maintain forecasts accurately and in a timely manner
  • Partner with the Sales team as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Assist with sales presentations, demos, and LOEs
  • Stay current on industry knowledge and Workday enhancements
  • Advise clients on Workday best practices
  • Build strong client relationships through trust and exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lead consultant designing and configuring Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions for multiple customers
  • Active Workday Partner certifications in Workday Payroll, Workday Absence, and Workday Time Tracking, maintained throughout employment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach and detailed understanding of Workday PATTS processes and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, which may include reference checks, criminal background investigation, and applicable licensing verification
