Job Description
Process automation specialist advancing Rotork’s flow-control technology through Power Platform solutions. Streamlining administrative workflows and supporting AI-enabled digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing administrative and business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Design, develop, and implement workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools and capabilities within everyday business processes
- Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Monitor automated workflows and ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Promote best practices in process optimization and automation
- Work with stakeholders to measure and report the benefits of implemented improvements
- Provide training and support to users of automated processes and digital tools
Requirements:
- Experience in process improvement, business process analysis, or workflow optimization
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience documenting processes and creating clear procedures
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Power Platform AI capabilities, or other generative AI solutions
- Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or international business environment
