Job Description

Procurement Coordinator coordinating suppliers, purchase orders, logistics, and inventory for AP4’s turbine and power-generation services. Supporting outages, repairs, and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement activities for high-value projects and critical maintenance work, ensuring on-time delivery, right-first-time quality, and adherence to scope
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement data and supplier records; ensure data quality for reporting and decision-making
  • Communicate with suppliers, internal project managers, field engineers, and operations teams to clarify technical specifications, resolve delivery issues, and align project or outage timelines
  • Mitigate supply risks by maintaining alternative sources, contingency plans, and supplier risk assessments for legacy systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, export controls (as applicable), and safety standards in all sourcing activities
  • Support budget planning and forecasting for strategic sourcing initiatives; provide frequent reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and Procurement
  • Prepare reports on procurement spending, vendor performance, inventory metrics, and part lead times for management review
  • Maintain quality control records with focus on alignment between vendor and customer deliverables
  • Manage vendor quotations and customer purchase orders within ERP system
  • Work with team to manage inventory in ERP system
  • Act with honesty and integrity in all work, reporting, and recordkeeping
  • Promote AP4 safety policies and company culture

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Familiarity with engineering change management, part obsolescence, and risk assessment for legacy equipment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel as required for supplier visits and project support, as needed
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle a wide range of duties accurately and quickly under time-sensitive deadlines
  • English proficiency
