Job Description
Lead mobile product design for DubClub, a sports betting marketplace connecting fans with sports handicappers. Shape creator tools, subscriptions, discovery, and engagement experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and information architecture through user flows, prototypes, visual design, implementation review, launch, and iteration
- Shape DubClub’s mobile product for creators and fans
- Understand the business and users, identify problems and opportunities, and influence product priorities
- Design complete user journeys and consistent navigation, interaction patterns, and visual design
- Design fan journeys including discovery, subscription, onboarding, content access, engagement, and renewal
- Create creator tools for launching offerings, communicating with subscribers, understanding performance, and growing businesses
- Conduct focused user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with engineers across UX exploration, prototyping, development, and refinement
- Use AI and rapid prototyping tools to explore and validate concepts
- Contribute to shared design patterns and provide constructive feedback across the team
Requirements:
- Senior- or lead-level experience designing and shipping digital products as a hands-on individual contributor
- Portfolio showing contribution from problem definition through launch and iteration
- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills
- Experience independently defining and solving complex consumer experience problems
- Strong visual design skills across responsive web and mobile
- Experience with consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, creator tools, commerce, or similarly complex multi-user products
- Ability to connect user needs to business goals and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Portfolio demonstrating reasoning, exploration, and validation
- Proactive approach to understanding the business and identifying opportunities
- Comfort working directly with users and navigating incomplete information
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers and understanding how design decisions translate into production software
- Fluency with Figma and prototyping
- Willingness to stay hands-on while guiding design quality and direction
- Sports betting, prediction markets, marketplaces, or creator-platform experience is a plus
- Required design portfolio link, resume, and work authorization responses for US-based applicants
