Job Description
Product Designer owning back-office tools and scalable design systems. Simplifying complex trading, risk, operations, and data workflows at Corwyn.
Responsibilities:
- Design complex tools for trading, risk, operations, data, and other internal teams
- Own product design end to end, from understanding workflows and requirements to final design, validation, and iteration
- Work directly with traders, operators, and other people using these tools every day
- Build and evolve a scalable design system across back-office products
- Work with existing component libraries and frameworks, adapting and extending them where appropriate
- Deliver quickly without compromising usability, consistency, or quality
Requirements:
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy products: back-office systems, admin tools, dashboards, trading platforms, or similar
- Strong understanding of design systems, component architecture, and design tokens
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and large amounts of information
- Strong product thinking and ability to work closely with product and engineering
- Ability to take ownership and make pragmatic design decisions without unnecessary complexity
- Understanding of sports and sports betting is a strong advantage
- Previous iGaming experience is a plus
