Job Description
Product Designer creating web and mobile experiences for GoFasti, a LatAm talent-as-a-service platform. Building design systems, prototypes, and engineering-ready specifications with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Develop and maintain components within the product's design system
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into practical design solutions
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and VP of Product & Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle
- Ensure consistency, usability, and visual quality across web and mobile experiences
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders
- Prepare designs and specifications for effective engineering handoff
- Use Jira to manage design-related tasks and collaborate within the product development workflow
- Contribute to product discovery and user research as those initiatives become part of the role
Requirements:
- English-fluent / professional English communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design experience
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, interaction design, and prototyping
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and reusable components
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project/task management tools
- Strong attention to detail and visual design sensibility
- Ability to translate product requirements and business goals into intuitive user experiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
