Job Description
Product Designer creating SaaS regulatory-compliance interfaces for RegASK's agentic AI platform. Designing prototypes, maintaining design systems, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create screens, flows, and prototypes using Figma, AI-assisted tools, or other efficient approaches
- Translate briefs and direction into clean, precise, high-fidelity UI
- Build functional prototypes to validate concepts and communicate interaction intent
- Cover empty, error, loading, and responsive states for complete engineering handoff
- Iterate based on design review feedback
- Apply existing RegASK design system components consistently
- Contribute new components and variants when directed, following naming and documentation standards
- Identify design system inconsistencies or gaps and propose solutions
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Prepare organized design files with accurate specs, annotations, and interaction notes
- Review implemented UI against designs during QA
- Collaborate with engineers on design implementation questions
- Communicate clearly when priorities conflict or timelines are at risk
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of professional product or UX design experience in a SaaS or digital product environment
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping
- Comfortable using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to accelerate your workflow
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints
- Solid grasp of UX fundamentals: user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, and accessibility basics
- Exposure to SaaS products, enterprise tools, or compliance/regulatory software
- Familiarity with data-dense interface patterns: dashboards, tables, filters, complex forms
- Experience working with an established, token-based design system
