Job Description
Product Designer creating UX/UI experiences across Brightspeed’s public website, eCommerce flow, and customer account platform. Supporting a fiber internet provider’s conversion and customer experience goals.
Responsibilities:
- Craft user-centered digital experiences across Brightspeed’s public website, eCommerce flow, and customer account management platform
- Translate brand direction and marketing campaign goals into visually engaging, conversion-optimized web experiences
- Partner with digital analysts and strategists to run A/B and multivariate tests
- Interpret test results and iterate on designs
- Use AI-assisted tools for research synthesis, design exploration, prototyping, and validation
- Contribute to prototypes for AI-enabled or conversational customer experiences
- Develop and maintain landing pages supporting seamless customer journeys across digital media touchpoints
- Monitor prospect progression and conversion data with product owners
- Prioritize eCommerce design improvements
- Advocate for modern eCommerce design standards in the shop-and-buy experience
- Wireframe new and existing experiences and model intricate user flows
- Produce polished, production-ready UI within the established design system
- Maintain meticulous Figma file hygiene
- Collaborate with product management and software development teams to assess UX health and prioritize improvements
- Participate in weekly design critiques, brainstorms, and stand-ups
- Present well-considered design solutions and contribute ideas
- Sketch and illustrate concepts in FigJam or Figma
- Manage workload autonomously in Asana across multiple concurrent projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, UX, eCommerce, Marketing, or a related field
- Practical experience using AI within a professional product-design workflow, with an example of improved work or outcome
- 3+ years of experience in a web design role
- Portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and UI craft
- Power user of Figma
- Comfortable working within established component libraries and design systems
- Experience making data-backed design decisions and articulating the rationale
- Clear and collaborative communication across design, product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring rapid ideation and meticulous final production quality
- English required
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
- Front-end development exposure (HTML/CSS) or familiarity with developer handoff workflows is a plus
- Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, FullStory or similar is a plus
- Background in brand, marketing, or eCommerce strategy is a plus
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards is a plus
