Job Description
Senior Product Designer shaping workflow-focused SaaS products at Ninety. Partnering with product and engineering teams to improve user experiences and design systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and ship product features end-to-end, from early concept through polished, production-ready UI.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into clear, usable solutions.
- Contribute reusable design-system components, patterns, and documentation.
- Talk to customers and use findings to shape design decisions.
- Give and receive direct, specific feedback.
- Navigate shifting priorities while maintaining quality and focus on the user.
- Help improve the team’s design process and ways of working.
Requirements:
- 5+ years designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showing range in craft and problem-solving.
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
- Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications.
- Comfort working in an environment where process is still being built.
- Track record of collaborating well with engineering and product.
- Experience designing complex, workflow-driven products such as SaaS, internal tools, marketplaces, or platforms.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and move forward with good questions.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards is a nice-to-have.
- Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered customer-facing features is a nice-to-have.
