Job Description
Product Designer creating intuitive experiences for Polaris IQ, Wpromote’s AI-powered marketing platform. Simplifying complex AI and data capabilities through research, Figma design, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Conduct research and testing to understand user needs and validate design concepts
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation
- Support maintenance of a cohesive design system for scalability, consistency, and efficiency
- Simplify complex AI capabilities and data sets for clarity and usability
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with design trends, UX practices, and AI advancements
- Help shape Polaris IQ, Wpromote’s intelligent AI-powered marketing platform
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science within a cross-functional product squad
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of product design experience with a strong user-centric portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma design, prototyping, and AI-assisted design features
- Strong user research skills and ability to turn insights into actionable designs
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for simplifying complex systems
- Strong attention to detail in design
- Familiarity with agile development processes
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Experience designing AI-driven or data-heavy platforms (nice to have)
- Background in marketing tech, ad tech, or analytics platforms (nice to have)
- Knowledge of front-end development and design-to-code translation (nice to have)
- Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems for large-scale apps (nice to have)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
