Job Description
Product Engineer designing digital products using Java Spring Boot for Allstate. Collaborating with teams and ensuring success of digital products through KPIs and performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and design digital products using modern tools and technologies
- Participate in inception and iteration planning meetings
- Lead and participate in daily standups and retrospectives
- Coach the team and establish continuous integration pipelines
- Provide support for software products in user environments
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in software development
- Experience and knowledge in developing REST APIs using Java Spring boot
- Hands on experience in architecting, designing, implementing and delivering large scale distributed systems
- Knowledge and experience using distributed version control systems (git)
- Experience of working in an Agile environment or paired programming/engineering model
- Experience with the test driven approach and writing unit tests
