Job Description
Product Engineering Lead focused on driving product evolution and operational excellence at Toolbox, a technology company specializing in online TV solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Help drive the evolution, scalability and operational excellence of our products and engineering initiatives.
- Combines technical leadership, product thinking and delivery coordination.
- Work closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to ensure high-impact outcomes across the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role on a B2B SaaS or Software Development Company
- Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous communication.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish.
