Job Description
Product Lead responsible for the strategy and execution of CEA’s Opportunities Board. Focused on high-impact career opportunities and scaling the board's outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of CEA's Opportunities Board
- Iterate the board’s framing, UX, and features
- Ship improvements to the board
- Improve sourcing and curation of high-impact opportunities
- Run experiments with clear success criteria
- Build the tracking and evaluation needed to understand board performance
- Develop and test a marketing plan
- Refine the target audience and board’s curation and feature set
- Explore larger opportunities like a logged-in experience or AI career advisor
