Job Description
Analytics Product Management Lead managing the analytics ecosystem for Ochsner Digital Medicine. Focusing on usability, scalability, and strategic value while partnering with operational and clinical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated strategic lead for advancing the analytics ecosystem supporting Ochsner Digital Medicine
- Partner closely with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, Data Management, Epic BI, and Visual Analytics teams
- Assess and optimize the current analytics landscape
- Strengthen product governance and alignment
- Define a more streamlined, scalable, and trusted portfolio of analytics solutions
- Focus on improving usability, consistency, and strategic value of analytics products
- Support operational performance, clinical outcomes, population health management, financial impact measurement, and executive decision-making
- Drive product prioritization and detailed product definition for digital and telemedicine products
- Invent channels with customers, stakeholders, and partners to identify problem areas that technology can solve
- Create and manage the product roadmap
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field
- Master’s degree in business, technical, or related field preferred
- 6 years of product manager or other relevant experience
- Experience leading the product lifecycle for 2-3 large products from visioning through requirements development through launch and measurement
- Understanding of domain and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use a creative approach
- Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
