Job Description
Product Manager at fintech Asaas leading the evolution of Checkout product and collaborating tightly with engineering and design teams.
Responsibilities:
- Align customer needs with business and market interests
- Lead the squad responsible for evolving the Asaas Checkout product
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams
- Remove obstacles and deliver large projects in small, coherent, high-value increments
- Make decisions based on data and solid evidence
- Collaborate with design, commercial, growth, software engineering, and data engineering teams
- Deliver outcomes that generate value
- Identify opportunities to drive engagement and conversion
- Contribute to the product’s strategic vision
- Ensure all company areas are consulted or informed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Product Manager with a focus on user journeys
- Knowledge of data analysis and core product metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies such as Design Thinking or experience in UX/UI
- Experience working in fintech
- SQL knowledge
- Experience in digital product development
- Completion of relevant training programs (e.g., Tera, PM3, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
