Job Description

Product Manager responsible for internal tools that enable efficient dementia care at Ceresti. Partnering with operations and clinical teams to enhance care delivery through technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Ceresti’s internal Dementia Management Platform
  • Translate company goals around operational scalability, cost savings, and care quality into clear product priorities
  • Design systems that enable ops teams and coaches to operate efficiently at scale
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to reduce manual work, increase team capacity, and improve quality of care
  • Balance near-term execution with long-term thinking to support scalable, efficient engagement as the business grows
  • Deeply understand internal workflows across onboarding, coaching, and care management
  • Design intuitive tooling that reduces friction and cognitive load for operational users
  • Improve operational workflows, care documentation systems, task management, reporting, and internal dashboards
  • Build intelligent decision-support tools that enhance coaching effectiveness while preserving human judgment
  • Apply AI responsibly to streamline documentation, automate repetitive workflows, surface insights, and support operational decision-making
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to embed predictive models and analytics into internal workflows
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship high-quality internal tools
  • Communicate roadmaps, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to leadership.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent
  • Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, CRM-based systems, or workflow software
  • Strong track record of translating complex real-world workflows into intuitive digital systems
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where scrappiness and ownership are required
  • Experience applying AI or automation in operational settings is a strong plus
  • Healthcare, caregiver, or care management experience is a plus.
  • Systems thinker with strong product judgement
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven
  • Strong workflow design instincts and comfort with data-intensive platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly collaborative; able to build trust across functions
  • Organized, pragmatic, and execution-focused
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new domains

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
