Job Description

Drive product marketing strategies for Maintenance & Repair portfolio across EMEIA region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial success.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across the Maintenance & Repair portfolio throughout the EMEIA region;
  • Define and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions;
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and support new product development and launch activities;
  • Manage the product lifecycle and ensure portfolio vitality through continuous optimization;
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize pricing strategies to support profitability and market competitiveness;
  • Develop impactful marketing content and sales enablement tools, including digital campaigns, brochures, and product launches;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate demand, improve customer engagement, and achieve commercial targets.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing within an industrial or technical environment
  • Proven ability to manage product portfolios and drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Fluent in French and English.
