Job Description
Product Manager improving BridgeAthletic, VALD’s athlete training prescription platform. Owning product delivery, launches, roadmap decisions, and coach-focused workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own product projects from start to finish
- Write requirements and establish the delivery rhythm with engineering
- Manage scope during project execution and keep projects moving through release
- Turn product problems into solutions, considering edge cases and trade-offs
- Own launches and ensure releases, documentation, and internal team preparation are ready
- Measure product usage and outcomes after launch
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to recommend roadmap priorities
- Build understanding of strength & conditioning and coaches’ day-to-day workflows
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to take ideas from problem to shipped product
Requirements:
- 3+ years in product management
- Ideally experience building B2B SaaS products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate requirements, decisions and ideas clearly
- Strong execution skills and track record of keeping projects moving
- Ability to spot risks early and raise issues before they become problems
- Attention to detail and ability to think through edge cases
- Data-driven approach to product decisions
- Strong prioritisation and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and keep teams aligned
- Genuine curiosity about the strength & conditioning domain
- Growth mindset aligned with VALD’s culture of continuous learning and development
- Nice to have: background in coaching, sport science, or competitive athletics
