Job Description

Product Manager overseeing end-to-end journeys of iGaming products, ensuring quality and strategic alignment. Collaborating with teams remotely to manage product delivery and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end journeys of capitalization products, including product discovery and localization, purchase experience, gamification and post-sale support;
  • Conduct continuous discovery processes with the squad, balancing business objectives, user experience, technical constraints and regulatory requirements;
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery pipeline, ensuring predictability, quality and impact of releases;
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners, managing technical dependencies and negotiating timelines, scope and priorities;
  • Negotiate priorities and trade-offs with multiple stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and focus on outcomes;
  • Monitor funnel, conversion, retention and recurrence metrics, using data to guide decisions and product evolution;
  • Ensure adherence to Design System guidelines, promoting consistency and quality of the experience;
  • Act as the focal point for the journeys under your responsibility, maintaining clear and structured communication with all involved areas;
  • Continuously evolve the product based on data, user feedback, learnings and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager for medium- to high-complexity digital products;
  • Experience with regulated, large-scale products that involve multiple integrations and technical dependencies;
  • Experience conducting structured discovery processes and turning learnings into practical solutions;
  • Strategic product vision and strong command of the digital product lifecycle;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar);
  • Ability to manage dependencies and negotiate priorities, scope and deadlines across technical and business teams;
  • Excellent communication, organization and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in the iGaming industry;
  • Experience with capitalization products;
  • Advanced English for both written and verbal communication.
