Job Description
Product Manager II leading internal software products at Aya Healthcare, a tech-enabled healthcare workforce solutions provider. Driving product strategy, discovery, delivery, and AI-enabled features.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a new or existing software initiative to improve communication between internal teams and streamline internal business operations
- Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead discovery activities with business leaders, users, designers, and technical team members
- Create effective solutions delivering quantifiable value to the company and end users
- Lead cross-functional teams to realize product concepts and bring them to market
- Engage stakeholders to align on impact objectives, understand business goals and processes, and manage expectations
- Produce quality work with a strong sense of urgency
- Respond quickly to changing market and business dynamics in collaboration with stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership
- Use approved AI tools effectively and responsibly to improve product management quality and efficiency
- Identify, define, and design AI-enabled product features with design and engineering partners
- Support the Production Support team by analyzing escalated issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of product management experience with internal/enterprise applications
- Understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and methods
- Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, discovery, requirements development, documentation, and communication
- Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly in day-to-day product management work
- Experience defining or designing AI-enabled product features is a plus, but not required
- Ability to engage constructively and collaboratively with engineers, designers, and company leaders
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Initiative and responsiveness
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across functions and disciplines
