Job Description
Product Manager owning subscriptions, catalog, pricing, and billing systems for Hims & Hers’ personalized healthcare platform. Building scalable, AI-enabled infrastructure for consumer wellness categories.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end platform, including subscriptions, catalog, pricing, billing, and monetization logic
- Build enablement tooling and configuration surfaces that allow categories to launch products safely and quickly
- Identify capabilities lacking a single owner and get them owned, estimated, and sequenced
- Decide when general reusable capabilities justify additional development time versus when a specific solution is appropriate
- Partner with engineering and design to build AI into the platform core
- Partner with clinical, finance, and compliance teams to ensure safety, revenue integrity, and regulatory requirements are embedded in the platform
- Set the vision and build the foundation for a global headless platform
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience owning platform, systems, or infrastructure products where other teams are the customers
- Experience with subscriptions, catalog, pricing, billing, or monetization is a plus
- Experience in a consumer-oriented product role
- Experience in health, wellness, or category-defining products is a plus
- Track record of building platforms teams love to build on, measured by how fast those teams ship
- Track record of getting work owned, estimated, and scheduled without organizational authority to force it
- Judgment to determine when to build reusable capabilities versus specific solutions
- AI-native operating mode, with demonstrated use of agents and workflows
- Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes and systems from scratch
- Ideally experience in an operations-intensive environment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
