Job Description
Product Manager shaping reliable, scalable sports betting platform systems at Blip. Driving operational excellence across APIs, workflows, engineering, and SRE capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver outcomes within established initiatives, driving progress across platform capabilities
- Contribute to strategies and propose solutions addressing platform and reliability problems aligned with business goals
- Support definition of feature success criteria through analytics, research, and competitive trends
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate progress, blockers, and impacts to stakeholders and senior product managers
- Promote platform best practices including observability, reliability, and deployment safety with product and engineering teams
- Support collaborative workshops for ideation, unpacking, and requirements gathering, ensuring clear action plans
- Build technical understanding of distributed systems and platform architecture and apply feasibility insights during solution development
- Define the long-term platform vision and prioritize initiatives increasing reliability and flexibility
- Partner with engineering and SRE pillars to maintain a robust, adaptable, and innovative platform supporting product features, market expansions, and regulatory and commercial needs
Requirements:
- Product management experience with demonstrable delivery and measurable outcomes, preferably with a platform or backend systems focus
- Strong analytical skills; comfort working with metrics, analyzing data, and recommending improvements
- Experience supporting workshops, design sprints, and cross-team planning sessions
- Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking
- Understanding of platform and internal stakeholder needs, gained through research and cross-functional collaboration in technical or infrastructure-focused environments
- Familiarity with deployment pipelines and observability practices is nice to have
- Ability to partner with Engineering and SRE on technical trade-offs is nice to have
