Job Description
Product Manager scaling TryHackMe’s Live Classes and social features. Driving learner engagement, retention, revenue, and Business product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Own Live Classes, scaling the current concept into a scalable product delivering a 10 out of 10 user experience
- Own the format, scheduling, instructors, pricing and packaging, in-class experience, and how classes lead to business adoption
- Continue testing study groups and identify the version that sticks
- Experiment with social features including the activity feed, reactions, friend streaks, and other community features
- Help learners share progress and achievements beyond the platform to attract new users
- Plan and run community events alongside the Engagement team, including Advent of Cyber
- Conduct product discovery with learners, instructors and business customers
- Study behavioural data to identify what drives Live Class participation
- Set the vision and strategy for Social, with Live Classes at the centre
- Shape the Live Classes business model and be accountable for associated revenue targets
- Design and run A/B tests and lightweight concept tests across social and engagement initiatives
- Plan jointly with the Engagement team to align shared goals
- Represent Social in roadmap planning and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Content
- Work with B2B teams to drive awareness and adoption of the Business product through Live Classes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS or consumer software
- Track record of shipping new initiatives and growing them into products people use
- Experience working on something that directly impacted revenue, such as pricing, packaging, monetisation or conversion
- Strong use of data: ability to set up measurement, read funnels and make decisions from results
- Experience with user research and managing features from discovery through launch and iteration
- Ability to run several things at once with a lot of autonomy
- Top-tier communication skills, with ability to provide excellent clarity on ambiguous challenges
- High agency, high tempo, and genuine excitement for building products in the cyber security learning space
- Nice to have: experience with community, social, creator, live or cohort-based products
- Nice to have: understanding of growth loops, vitality or referral mechanics
- Nice to have: experience with B2B or product-led growth
- Nice to have: EdTech experience
- Nice to have: interest in cyber security
- Must be able to work with at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone (8am–6pm)
