Job Description

Senior Product Manager owning strategy, integrations, and AI capabilities for Cleo’s supply chain orchestration software. Driving enterprise product adoption from discovery through measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for supply chain orchestration
  • Develop deep understanding of order-to-cash, order fulfillment, shipment execution, and supplier/customer collaboration workflows
  • Run discovery with operations users and business leaders
  • Turn workflow gaps into scalable product capabilities and distinguish reusable opportunities from customer-specific customization
  • Define and track outcomes such as order cycle time, on-time delivery, exception resolution time, manual effort, and trading partner onboarding time
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing to validate demand, position launches, enable field teams, and drive adoption
  • Define requirements for workflows spanning ERP, WMS, TMS, and trading partner systems, including APIs, EDI transactions, and business events
  • Work with engineering and architecture on data models, integration behavior, observability, security, reliability, and design tradeoffs
  • Translate strategy into requirements, prototypes, acceptance criteria, and phased releases
  • Lead build, buy, or partner decisions
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases for exception diagnosis, guided resolution, and workflow automation
  • Define AI evaluation methods and human review or approval requirements
  • Measure AI task success, reliability, adoption, cost, and business impact
  • Present roadmap decisions and results to executive leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including significant time owning an enterprise or B2B SaaS product area end to end
  • Supply chain expertise in order-to-cash, fulfillment, shipment execution, or trading partner collaboration
  • Track record of taking products from discovery through launch and adoption, with measurable business results
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, EDI, enterprise integration patterns, data models, and SaaS architecture
  • Practical understanding of modern AI, including LLMs and agent-based workflows
  • Ability to define fit-for-purpose evaluations with technical partners
  • Sound judgment on priorities and ability to influence without authority
  • Record of presenting decisions and results to executives
  • Clear writing and communication, including explaining technical and AI concepts to business audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Preferred: experience serving manufacturing, distribution, retail, or 3PL/logistics customers
  • Preferred: working knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and ERP, WMS, or TMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Preferred: experience with B2B integration, iPaaS, or supply chain execution software
  • Preferred: shipped an AI-enabled capability, such as LLM-based features, agentic workflows, or human-in-the-loop automation
  • Preferred: familiarity with responsible AI practices including auditability, explainability, and human approval controls
  • Preferred: ASCM/APICS certification (CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD)
