Job Description
Product Marketing Lead shaping launches, messaging, and sales enablement for LiveKit’s voice AI infrastructure. Positioning developer-focused voice AI products for enterprise and self-serve growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product launches, from positioning and messaging through enablement and go-to-market execution
- Support sales with collateral, battle cards, competitive intelligence, and enablement materials
- Develop and maintain customer stories and case studies demonstrating real-world impact across key verticals
- Lead content strategy, including SEO, AEO, and thought leadership
- Partner with design and web teams on landing pages, emails, and campaign assets
- Work across product-led growth and sales-led motions, bridging self-serve users to sales-assisted expansion
- Develop enterprise buyer insights for positioning, segmentation, and campaign strategy
- Collaborate with product, sales, design, and developer relations on consistent messaging
- Build and scale product marketing infrastructure, messaging frameworks, launch systems, and repeatable GTM processes
- Help define LiveKit’s market presence as a category leader in voice AI infrastructure
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product marketing experience
- Ideally experienced in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML
- Experience across both PLG and sales-led go-to-market motions
- Proven ownership of end-to-end product launches with measurable impact on pipeline, adoption, win rate, or other metrics
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate deeply technical concepts for developer and enterprise buyer audiences
- Ability to operate as a player-coach, setting strategy while executing directly
- Strong point of view on product marketing’s role and evolution in the AI era
- Experience with partner-led or ecosystem GTM is a plus
- Based in the US preferred; open to remote
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Ability to address current or future sponsorship support requirements
