Job Description

Product Marketing Manager promoting AxisCare’s home care management software. Driving go-to-market strategy, customer insights, messaging, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver biweekly training and communications to educate customers and customer-facing teams on newly released features
  • Own go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced products, including sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and collateral development
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Own battlecards, ROI tools, and competitive analysis
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and innovation
  • Analyze market data to support product positioning and go-to-market plans
  • Develop distinct messaging and value propositions for various product lines
  • Define target audiences and segments
  • Collaborate with the product team to align product features with market demands
  • Develop marketing collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations
  • Handle ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team, including marketing collateral, training materials, product demos, and competitive analysis
  • Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align on product strategy and messaging

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the software or healthcare industry
  • Experience in home care, skilled care, or IDD software is a plus
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and competitive analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, and analytics tools
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering impactful marketing solutions
  • Team-oriented with strong intrapersonal skills
  • Self-starter, motivated by helping others succeed
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
  • Utilization of software and email to perform job functions
