Job Description

Product Marketing Manager shaping go-to-market strategy, messaging, and content for Facet’s flat-fee personalized financial planning service. Driving launches through customer insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the champion and expert for the service, target audience, member needs, and customer benefits
  • Conduct market research, analyze member data, consumer and member insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, sales, planning, member experience, investment operations, training, and marketing teams
  • Develop product positioning and concise, relatable messaging frameworks for internal and external use
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new services, features, and existing product enhancements
  • Create website copy, blog posts, presentations, and sales enablement tools
  • Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence analysis
  • Build and maintain the product claims library
  • Maintain the key user experience visual library
  • Keep service demos fresh and accurate
  • Develop explainer videos

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the financial industry
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for technology and desire to make a real impact
  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment (preferred)
  • Experience conducting rapid consumer surveys (preferred)
