Job Description
Product Marketing Manager leading go-to-market strategy for Picarro’s industrial environmental and safety monitoring solutions. Translating optical spectroscopy technology into positioning, launches, sales enablement, and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for Picarro's Industrial Solutions portfolio.
- Develop and own messaging and positioning for Industrial Solutions products.
- Translate complex measurement science and regulatory context into value propositions for technical and non-technical buyers.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features.
- Coordinate product launches across product, sales, marketing, and field teams to drive measurable pipeline.
- Build and maintain sales collateral, battle cards, competitive intelligence, and technical training materials.
- Partner with sales to identify and close gaps affecting deal outcomes.
- Own buyer persona development, win/loss analysis, and voice-of-customer programs.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and emerging market trends.
- Develop white papers, case studies, webinars, and conference presentations.
- Support demand generation campaigns with targeted segment messaging.
- Represent Picarro at user conferences, industry events, and technical committees.
- Work with product management on market feedback and roadmap priorities.
- Partner with field sales and applications teams on key accounts and strategic opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in industrial technology, environmental solutions, scientific instrumentation, or a related B2B market.
- Proven ability to develop compelling messaging and positioning for technical products.
- Experience owning and executing product launches end-to-end.
- Strong sales enablement skills with a proven ability to build materials that drive real sales impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write for both technical and executive audiences.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
- AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content, and campaign workflows.
