Job Description
Product Owner managing client relationships and delivering high-value solutions in Open Finance and Open Insurance for Sensedia. Responsible for stakeholder alignment and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the client's official and trusted point of contact, monitoring their pain points in real time and aligning expectations
- Deeply understand clients' business objectives and translate them into well-defined technical scopes and value-driven deliveries
- Evaluate the impact of client requests to prioritize the backlog with the technical team, providing quick responses and intelligent solutions during high‑urgency moments
- Act as a facilitator between technical and business stakeholders (both internal and clients), ensuring clear and aligned communication
- Manage project timelines, delivery milestones, and alignment meetings for the accounts under your responsibility
- Ensure deliveries operate with excellence, securely and in full compliance with BACEN and SUSEP regulations
- Provide consultative support to clients, addressing strategic and conceptual questions about the operation of the Open ecosystem
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in delivery roles for digital products or services
- Solid knowledge of business rules, flows, and operations of Open Finance and/or Open Insurance
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Assertive communication skills to negotiate deadlines, align scopes with clients, and translate technical terms into business context
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple account schedules and delivery timelines concurrently
