Job Description
Product Owner overseeing App Home and Pix no Cartão de Crédito for RecargaPay, a Brazilian fintech scaling in financial services. Leading product vision and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for App Home and Pix no Crédito, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Define, track, and communicate core KPIs (TPV, activation, conversion, cross-sell), using data to prioritize and demonstrate impact.
- Drive A/B tests, feature flag rollouts, and phased releases to ensure safe, measurable delivery.
- Lead continuous discovery through user research, behavioral data analysis, and rapid hypothesis validation.
- Write sharp user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs that keep engineering moving with confidence.
- Collaborate with Payments, Journey and Checkout squads to ensure cohesive integrations and a seamless user experience.
- Represent the product in leadership forums, communicating priorities, risks, and results with clarity and conviction.
- Identify and remove cross-team dependencies, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and business strategy.
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen with a track record of working with KPIs and business analysis
- Proficiency in SQL for data-driven decision making
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools in day-to-day product work
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, product-led environments
