Job Description
Product Owner conduzindo produtos digitais de Previdência Privada com IA na Reply, multinacional italiana de TI. Priorizando backlog, roadmap e entrega contínua de valor em metodologias ágeis.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives
- Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring a focus on high-impact deliverables
- Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
- Lead product initiatives involving AI and Analytics, from discovery through delivery
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Support decision-making based on data, metrics, and user behavior
- Oversee the development lifecycle using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ensure the product’s continuous evolution and ongoing customer value creation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
- Proven experience with private pension products (3+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with products involving Artificial Intelligence, data, or analytics
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across technology, data, and business functions
- Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Analytical, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business value
- Experience managing backlogs and defining product roadmaps
- Nice to have: previous experience in the insurance industry (insurers)
- Nice to have: experience with digital products in regulated environments
- Nice to have: knowledge of APIs, integrations, and systems architecture
- Nice to have: Product Owner or related certification
