Job Description
Product Owner leading new product opportunities for cashless catering solutions in the UK. Collaborating with stakeholders to define product direction and discover customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery on a new product opportunity, identifying meaningful customer problems and unmet needs.
- Work directly with customers, users, and stakeholders to test assumptions and validate where to focus.
- Define the problem space, target users, value proposition, and success criteria for the product.
- Shape the product direction, roadmap, and prioritised backlog around the earliest valuable use case.
- Turn broad opportunities into clear outcomes, hypotheses, and testable increments.
- Make thoughtful trade-offs on scope, sequencing, and pace.
- Partner closely with design and engineering to move from concept to launch.
- Lead day-to-day product decisions through delivery, including backlog refinement and scope trade-offs.
- Define and track early signals of customer value, adoption, and traction.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally in software, SaaS, or digital products.
- Strong curiosity and product instinct.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and turning it into clear next steps.
- Confident conducting customer discovery and turning insight into product decisions.
- Able to define priorities, make trade-offs, and focus on the smallest valuable thing worth building first.
- Evidence of ownership, initiative, and follow-through.
- Strong collaborator and communicator across design, engineering, commercial, and operational teams.
