Job Description
Product Solutions Analyst implementing and optimizing Accela’s GIS-centric government software for customers. Configuring workflows, reports, integrations, and supporting successful platform adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Elements XS and Connect solutions based on customer requirements
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable system configurations
- Develop workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards using platform tools
- Assist with solution implementation, testing, training, and deployment activities
- Maintain and enhance existing customer environments and integrations
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers on solution utilization
- Support project delivery activities, including documentation, requirements gathering, and status updates
- Assist with troubleshooting and escalated customer support requests
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Support teams to drive successful customer outcomes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, business systems analysis, GIS solutions, technical consulting, or a related field
- Experience gathering business requirements and supporting customer-facing technology solutions
- Working knowledge of GIS concepts and geospatial applications
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, or business process solutions
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with HTML and web-based applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Esri GIS technology preferred
- Familiarity with JavaScript, workflow automation, or application integrations preferred
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, or IIS preferred
- Knowledge of utility, municipal government, or asset management environments preferred
- Experience supporting software implementation or customer success engagements preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed preferred
