Job Description
Home-Based Production Artist creating logos, mockups, proofs, and layouts for DCX’s promotional-products clients. Supporting U.S.-focused businesses through remote graphic production.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day graphic support to the partner
- Design mockups and vectorize logos
- Produce presentation decks from initial concept through final delivery
- Save vectorized logos in the proper file format
- Set type and size imprints on promotional products
- Create graphics and layouts for product illustrations
- Pull product templates from supplier websites to create proofs
- Send proofs to customers for review and approval
- Transition approved orders into production and monitor order status to prevent delays
- Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding revisions or suggestions
- Assess project specifics and create final products that meet requirements
- Perform related ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- In-depth experience and an established track record in artwork design and finalization, with great attention to detail
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign
- Solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines
