Job Description

Program Chair overseeing Marketing curriculum and faculty development at UAGC. Fostering student engagement and success in a remote online environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a passion for helping students achieve their goals
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging online instruction
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for adult learners
  • Collaborate with academic support teams to enhance student experience
  • Review and provide feedback on doctoral research projects for Doctoral Program Chairs
  • Oversee and prepare students for their preliminary and final oral defenses

Requirements:

  • PhD in Marketing or a Doctorate in Business Administration with Marketing Concentration
  • Three years of online teaching and learning experience, including curriculum development, assessment strategies, and student success
  • Three to five years of practical professional work experience in a relevant field
  • Three to five years of undergraduate teaching experience in Marketing
  • Ability to teach courses in Marketing strategy, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing Research, Global Marketing
