Job Description
Program Chair overseeing Marketing curriculum and faculty development at UAGC. Fostering student engagement and success in a remote online environment.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a passion for helping students achieve their goals
- Deliver high-quality, engaging online instruction
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for adult learners
- Collaborate with academic support teams to enhance student experience
- Review and provide feedback on doctoral research projects for Doctoral Program Chairs
- Oversee and prepare students for their preliminary and final oral defenses
Requirements:
- PhD in Marketing or a Doctorate in Business Administration with Marketing Concentration
- Three years of online teaching and learning experience, including curriculum development, assessment strategies, and student success
- Three to five years of practical professional work experience in a relevant field
- Three to five years of undergraduate teaching experience in Marketing
- Ability to teach courses in Marketing strategy, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing Research, Global Marketing
