Job Description
Gerente de Projetos que coordena gestão financeira e comunicação com stakeholders no Brasil. Experiência em projetos de tecnologia e metodologia Waterfall.
Responsibilities:
- Full project management
- Ensure deliveries meet scope, schedule, quality, and budget
- Maintain strong financial governance and communication with stakeholders
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria using the Waterfall methodology
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Establish project budget and cost control mechanisms
- Support requirements elicitation and business analysis activities
- Monitor progress related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Ensure expenses are recorded and invoiced according to contractual terms
- Identify deviations and implement corrective actions
- Prepare executive reports and project status presentations
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, sponsors, and technical teams
- Coordinate final delivery and financial reconciliation of the project
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology or digital projects
- Experience with the Waterfall methodology
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Experience in project financial management, budgeting, forecast, EAC and ETC
- Ability to perform Business Analyst activities when necessary
- Strong analytical profile and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience preparing executive reports and presentations
- Advanced English
