Job Description
Property Management Administrator in a growing property services organization. Supporting key administrative, marketing, and operational functions in residential property management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process property management documentation, agreements, and client records.
- Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate information across internal systems and databases.
- Create, upload, and monitor property listings and marketing content across various platforms.
- Prepare rental appraisal reports and supporting documentation using established templates.
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and administrative schedules for the property management team.
- Build and maintain marketing databases and assist with email marketing campaigns.
- Support the development of marketing initiatives, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, procedures, and operational efficiency.
- Generate reports and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with special projects and business improvement initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Experience using property management, CRM, or real estate software platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and database management.
- Experience creating marketing content and managing online property listings.
- Exposure to AI-powered productivity, content creation, or image enhancement tools.
- Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand-based businesses is highly regarded.
