Job Description

Property Management Administrator in a growing property services organization. Supporting key administrative, marketing, and operational functions in residential property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process property management documentation, agreements, and client records.
  • Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate information across internal systems and databases.
  • Create, upload, and monitor property listings and marketing content across various platforms.
  • Prepare rental appraisal reports and supporting documentation using established templates.
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and administrative schedules for the property management team.
  • Build and maintain marketing databases and assist with email marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development of marketing initiatives, promotional materials, and digital content.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, procedures, and operational efficiency.
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with special projects and business improvement initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Experience using property management, CRM, or real estate software platforms.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and database management.
  • Experience creating marketing content and managing online property listings.
  • Exposure to AI-powered productivity, content creation, or image enhancement tools.
  • Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand-based businesses is highly regarded.
