Job Description
Provider Network Development Specialist scaling Hub & Spoke healthcare networks for Bamboo Health’s real-time care intelligence platform. Driving contracting, configuration, activation, and provider adoption across statewide network builds.
Responsibilities:
- Lead operational execution of market-specific Network Strategies
- Partner with Account Directors to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations that improve network performance and scalability
- Drive cross-functional readiness across implementation, operations, product, and account management teams
- Maintain standardized workflows, checklists, and documentation
- Manage contracting for new Hub & Spoke partners
- Translate partner workflows into system configurations and ensure go-live readiness
- Identify high-potential referral hubs and support partner engagement activities
- Develop tools, templates, and enablement materials for internal and external teams
- Surface risks, troubleshoot delays, and ensure successful activation and utilization
- Implement process improvements to increase onboarding efficiency, reduce activation timelines, and improve provider adoption outcomes
- Explore emerging AI tools to streamline or enhance work
- Manage multiple statewide network builds concurrently
- Produce readiness and performance reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, public health, or related field
- 5+ years in healthcare network operations, focused on network development, strategic growth initiatives, and provider contracting
- Experience creating network build playbooks and process workflows
- Experience with implementation lifecycle management
- Familiarity with behavioral health, referral networks, or health IT preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process discipline
- Comfort with dashboards, trackers, and performance reporting
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, or role-specific tools
- Forward-thinking, curious mindset and openness to experimenting with new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and creativity in designing solutions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving environments
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with self-motivation and high-quality virtual interactions
- Ability to travel periodically for work
