Job Description
Licensed Psychotherapist providing high-quality teletherapy to diverse caseloads while enjoying complete schedule flexibility. Work remotely with total autonomy on client interactions and treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Providing evidence-based individual (and/or group/couples) therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation (soap notes, treatment plans, etc.).
- Managing your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted license
- Clinical Skill: Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
- Professionalism: A private, quiet, and professional space to conduct confidential sessions.
- Independence: The self-motivation to manage your own caseload and administrative requirements.
