Job Description
Quality Assurance Automation role for a financial sector client using agile methodologies. Focused on delivering high-quality software solutions with automated testing.
Responsibilities:
- In this position, you will be part of a team serving a major client in the financial sector.
- Our client strongly embraces agile methodologies and is highly focused on the quality of their deliveries.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Java, including writing and executing automated tests.
- Knowledge of Kafka for integrating and validating messages in distributed systems.
- Experience with API test automation tools, particularly Rest Assured, for validating RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Cypress or Selenium for end-to-end test automation, focusing on UI and integration testing.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab for source control and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to configure and manage pipelines, integrating test automation and implementing CI/CD best practices.
- Understanding of REST and SOAP service concepts, with experience consuming and validating services.
- Understanding of software architecture for test automation, including design best practices and creating scalable, efficient tests.
