Job Description
Quality Assurance Specialist ensuring project quality standards at ID Plans. Reviewing project accuracy, communicating with team members, and assisting in efficient project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold project quality standards by reviewing completed projects for defects and quality of work
- Communicate with field team members to assist in completing projects accurately and efficiently
- Act as a liaison between the Quality Assurance Manager, Corporate Office, and Field Data Specialists
- Review projects for accuracy and submit to the final review team
- Meet project deadlines and production expectations
- Respond in a timely manner to requests and questions from all parties
- Participate in coaching, training, and onboarding of new hires
- Complete and submit HR paperwork accurately and timely
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Superb written and spoken communication skills: face-to-face, email, text, video, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and desire to work with the details day in and out
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong at providing feedback to other team members in an objective manner.
- Strong spatial thinking—you can rotate a 3-dimensional box in your mind and always know which side is facing you
- A plus if you have experience with commercial property mapping, floorplans, or blueprints.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) software experience, especially MS Dynamics is a plus.
- At least one year of office-related work experience is a bonus and/or working from home experience.
