Job Description
QA Manager at ClearStar responsible for quality assurance and regulatory compliance across global operations. Leveraging traditional and AI-enabled QA methodologies to enhance client experience and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Assurance function across global operations
- Develop and implement quality frameworks, scorecards, and audit methodologies
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Conduct audits and ensure alignment with FCRA and regulatory requirements
- Drive root cause analysis and support corrective action planning
- Standardize quality processes and maintain clear, consistent documentation
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership on quality performance
- Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality standards
- Support training initiatives to strengthen frontline performance
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to enhance workflows
- Own and optimize AI-enabled QA tools, including automated scoring and anomaly detection
- Configure and refine prompt-based review logic and quality automation workflows
- Support the ongoing enhancement of QA systems and automation capabilities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, operations, or compliance within a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of FCRA, verification processes, and quality standards
- Experience developing or enhancing QA programs and audit processes
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled QA tools, automation workflows, or conversational AI platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, and risk management efforts
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
- Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment
- PBSA Certification preferred
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.
