Job Description
Quality Assurance Nurse Analyst handling clinical incident reviews and patient follow-ups for a remote role at Limitlessli. Collaborating with a global team to ensure quality care and continuity.
Responsibilities:
- Review clinical incidents
- Follow SOP to determine root cause, risk, and resolution
- Process interim medical orders
- Perform follow-up calls for high-risk patients
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and key stakeholders
- Follow regulatory guidelines for clinical incidents
- Share insights from aggregate data for quality improvement
- Collaborate with assistant director of nursing services
Requirements:
- RN, NYS license
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Managed care experience preferred
