Job Description

Bilingual recruiter managing high-volume industrial and skilled-trades hiring for Dexterra Group’s remote services division. Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, and manage vacant salaried, general labour, and trades requisitions within the remote services division
  • Develop job postings and determine appropriate sourcing channels
  • Screen candidates through resume review and phone interviews
  • Conduct recruitment planning conversations with hiring managers
  • Recommend recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
  • Build candidate pipelines for future recruitment needs
  • Create performance-based phone interview questions for hourly field-based roles
  • Verify offer letter details with HR and the Workforce Planning & Business Analyst
  • Create and send accurate offer letters and lead or participate in offer presentations
  • Ensure new-hire onboarding documents are completed on time
  • Run and participate in new-hire orientations
  • Participate in recruitment information sessions and career fairs
  • Manage recruitment tracking spreadsheets and use Smart Recruiters ATS for full-cycle recruitment and candidate management
  • Collaborate with senior managers, Human Resources, and the Vice President Emerging Markets & Strategic Development

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or relevant field is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting for industrial/skilled trades across multiple locations
  • High level of professional and timely customer service
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and create candidate pipelines in tight labour markets
  • Initiative to develop creative recruitment solutions
  • Ability to source active and passive candidates
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with Human Resources and other stakeholders
  • Experience with Smart Recruiters is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Outlook
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
