Job Description
Recruiter developing strategic hiring plans and screening candidates for Baptist Health, a Northeast Florida healthcare system. Filling clinical, administrative, technical, and professional roles.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership to develop a strategic recruitment plan to fill current and future needs for the Health System
- Interview, test, and refer applicants for clinical, clerical, technical, administrative, and professional positions throughout the system
Requirements:
- Associate Degree required
- Over 10 years Recruitment experience
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
