Job Description
Recruiter scaling hiring for Torc Robotics, an autonomous-truck software company. Managing full-cycle recruiting across operations, corporate, commercial, internship, and co-op roles.
Responsibilities:
- Own full life cycle recruitment for Fleet Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Corporate roles, from sourcing and screening through offer and close
- Source passive candidates for tough-to-fill and niche roles, including frontline and operations talent
- Support internship and co-op programs, including sourcing, campus partnerships, and coordinating the candidate experience
- Partner with hiring teams to set recruiting strategy and achieve annual hiring goals
- Network online and offline to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire, and build a strong talent pipeline
- Flex into entry level technology recruiting support as business needs shift
- Partner with recruiting coordinators to schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain and update applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system
- Consult with hiring managers on job postings to accurately reflect role responsibilities
Requirements:
- 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally including experience recruiting for operations, fleet, logistics, or frontline/hourly/shift roles
- Experience supporting corporate function hiring preferred
- Experience with internship or co-op recruiting programs a plus
- Existing network within operations, fleet, or logistics talent communities a plus
- Solid background using direct sourcing strategies to build pipelines, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with hiring managers and leaders
- Comfortable managing a diverse requisition load across multiple functions at once
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 10-15% for hiring events, career fairs, and building partnerships with trade schools, colleges, and community organizations
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport for team offsites
- Effective communication skills, with a habit of proactively keeping stakeholders informed
